BUILDING FOR LEASE

The FAA has advised the Jackson-Madison County Airport Authority that they will vacate the building shown below in July, 2007. The 8,260 square foot center section was constructed by the Authority for use as an FAA Automated Flight Service Station in 1986 with a 1,760 square foot addition in 1989 and a 2,140 square foot addition in 1995. A large portion of the center section has raised flooring for communication cables. The building has fiber optic communications from various vendors as well as a backup generator. The Authority will consider leasing the three sections separately.

Newly-renovated office space is available adjacent to the terminal building at McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport. New central heat and air conditioning, reception area, two offices and two restrooms.
